Your Opportunity :  Warehouse Manager (Launceston Hub Manager)Our Tasmania distribution hub, located in Launceston, is one of 14 key warehouse / distribution sites across Australia and plays a vital role in our national warehouse and international supply chain.We’re looking for a leader with at least 3 years of experience managing small to medium warehouse environments. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate all aspects of our Launceston Distribution Hub, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. Your Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Excellence : Manage site distribution, warehouse operations, Truck and Forklift fleet, suppliers, property, and inventory control to meet KPIs and budget targets while ensuring a high level of EHS compliance.
• Safety Leadership : Champion safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and AS- standards.
• Team Management : Lead, coach, and mentor your team, driving people development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive site and process improvement projects using our Supply Chain Excellence Framework and adopt new technologies to maintain industry-leading service standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the regional services manager, broader supply chain, customer service, and local sales representatives to meet service commitments.
