As an Personal Care Worker you will provide support which considers the residents physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs and which enables residents to maintain their own wellbeing and independence for as long as possible. You will be responsible for the delivery of care and services to residents in all areas of activities of daily living in accordance with the residents identified needs and preferences.

You will report to the Registered Nurse in Charge of the Home and be a key member of the team. Some of the key responsibilities of the role are :
