You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.The purpose of this role is to ensure all conciliation / legal outcomes are paid within the legislative timeframes, to avoid penalty. The role requires regular up of information with multiple stakeholders to allow payments to be processed.
This will be a
permanent, full timeposition based in theMelbourneoffice, with flexibility to work from home.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProcess WIC / WCIRS / Legal outcome payments in an accurate and timely manner.Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.Provide advice with regards to payment queries and processes.Investigate over and under payments.Collate, run, update and analyse payment reports on a regular basis.General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending)ABOUT YOUknowledge of the compensation system (advantageous)Ability to work independently and within a diverse and fast paced teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and time management skillsWHAT WE OFFERWe stand together as equals.
