  • The purpose of this role is to ensure all conciliation / legal outcomes are paid within the legislative timeframes, to avoid penalty. The role requires regular up of information with multiple stakeholders to allow payments to be processed.

    This will be a

  • permanent, full time
  • position based in the
  • Melbourne
  • office, with flexibility to work from home.
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process WIC / WCIRS / Legal outcome payments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Provide advice with regards to payment queries and processes.
  • Investigate over and under payments.
  • Collate, run, update and analyse payment reports on a regular basis.
  • General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending)
  • ABOUT YOU
  • knowledge of the compensation system (advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and within a diverse and fast paced team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
