Meat Sales Specialist

You'll be identifying, pursuing and growing sales across the Perth metropolitan area for Top Cut Foods. You'll have a passion for sales and the products you are selling. Ideally you will have a background in the Food Service Industry. You may be a Chef looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales skills or you may be a Butcher with a passion to do more than work in retail and has great rapport with customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team and build key customer relationships will be the key to your success in this role.

• Sourcing new business opportunities aligned to business strategies
• Successfully supporting your territory of customers
• Actioning business calendar activities and journey plans
• Retaining and continuing to build great relationships with internal / external stakeholders
• Delivering product expansion and helping to drive profitability through sales and customer growth
• You will need
• A valid driver license and good driving record
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
• Relatable sales experience in the food services industry
• Discipline and motivation to work autonomously with support of the wider Sales Team
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customers
• Confidence in having a natural selling conversation
• The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and be self-motivated
• A good understanding of working with achievable goals and metrics
