    • Lifestyle Coordinator
    • to continue and create wonderful opportunities and lifestyle choices within a person-centered model.
    • Our Relationship Model of Care are focused on each individual resident's needs and choices, via our staff becoming an extended part of the resident's family, by building strong professional and meaningful relationships, with the aim of ensuring every resident has their best day possible.
    • About You
    • As a focused, highly organised, and a self-motivated

    • Lifestyle Coordinator
    • you will be required to plan, develop, and deliver an innovative activities program for our residents. As a person who can build and maintain relationships, you will be required to oversee and motivate our Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers and just as importantly you will possess a positive warm nature with a warm smile to brighten the day of our residents. You must be able to relate and communicate well to older people particularly those living with dementia or a disability.
    • Key Requirements
    • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (mandatory)
    • Two years' experience in a Lifestyle role
    • Excellent interpersonal communication
    • A passion for working in Aged Care and Lifestyle
    • Ability to work with a team and excellent customer services skills
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft office
    • Ability to create posters, flyers, calendar's, invitations
    • Able to work in a person-centered model and promote a person choice
    • NDIS Workers Screening Check, Covid-19 vaccines (mandatory)
