Oversee soil assessment, nutrient budgeting, and compliance plans incorporating recycled organics.Contribute to an improved understanding recycled organics' impact on soil health, crop production, and quality.Manage landholder engagement, sales of recycled organics, and community relationships.Identify opportunities to provide Verterra's digital agriculture services to farmers and support business development.Assist the Biosolids Project Manager in successful project implementation.Lead a multidisciplinary team of agronomists, soil scientists, and data analysts.Provide site assessment and consultancy on soil and crop management.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.About YouAn individual passionate about implementing environmental strategies for community and environment, with expertise in soil science and agriculture. Other key requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in Agricultural Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Forestry.Experience in soil and crop assessment and management advice.Proficiency in digital technologies for enhancing crop production and environmental health.Understanding of compliance requirements for recycled organics in agriculture.Experience with field assessment, contractor management, reporting, and basic GIS skills.Willingness to travel and work in various locations.Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge with clients and partners.Get on board today and join a leading consultancy as it continues to grow.
