  • Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meet and greet all clients
  • Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
  • Preparing packs for clients and sending any letters
  • Scanning, filing and archiving
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants
  • Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
  • Skills & experience
  • Must have experience within a financial services, legal or accounting firm
  • Must have work experience within Australia only
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong customer service skills
