A high-profile organisation is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise-wide data management, reporting, and analytics. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape how data is used across the organisation, while embedding a new enterprise data platform to uplift capability and drive a data-informed culture.

About the Role

In this senior leadership role, you will :

  • Lead a passionate team and mentor decentralised reporting functions to build skills, confidence, and data maturity across the business;
  • Champion the organisation’s Data Strategy and actively engage senior leaders to drive adoption and alignment;
  • Oversee the integration of a newly developed, enterprise-wide Data & Analytics platform, including Master Data Management, Data Quality, and modern reporting tools, into business operations; and
  • Own end-to-end management reporting across diverse business areas, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and genuinely useful for decision-making.

About You

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on data leader with :

  • Strong leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams;
  • Senior-level experience in Business Intelligence, ideally across complex or decentralised environments;
  • Deep technical capability in Power BI, DAX and Azure, with the ability to design and deliver scalable BI solutions;
  • A strategic mindset, balanced with attention to detail and a practical approach to delivery; and
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decision-making at all levels.
