- The Role
This is an already established desk specialising in temporary, white collar placements within the engineering and mining sector. You will be required to form and retain relationships with existing clients whilst also building new relationships with prospect clients across Perth.
Reporting to Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There are currently 8 Consultants in the Engineering and mining temp team with a total of 40 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.
Duties will includeTaking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and growing / retaining those relationshipsDeveloping a business strategy to target new clients with a focus on Engineering roles within WAMeeting with your clients (will have the opportunity to travel to site) to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specificationsCreatively sourcing Engineering professionals using various online tools / social platformsWorking collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and trainingChecking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employeesAdhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures, and legislative requirementsMeeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targetsDesirable applicants will possessIdeally experience as a Recruiter specialising in technical rolesSome knowledge / experience of mining is preferred but not essentialConfidence to effectively carry out business developmentGood relationship building skills are essential as this role will be tasked with growing accounts and forming strong working relationships with the clientsAbility to carry out self-guided research into technical role requirementsExperience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI'sPrevious experience working with multiple clients and providing transparent communicationFantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the dayA professional and ethical mannerMust have drivers' licence and own vehicleComfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook, and Microsoft SuiteA desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI'sApplicationsWho are weAt PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
