About the role

As a Disability Support Worker you are required to assist the client with daily activities, which include, but are not limited to :

• Personal Care (male / female);
• Household tasks (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc...);
• Meal preparation and feeding;
• Community Participation;

Companionship Office Admin

Skills and experience

Certificate III in Individual Care or Cert IV in Disabilityhighly regarded.

Current First Aid cert.

Have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Hold a current Disability Support Worker qualification (or willing to obtain one).

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Are reliable, patient, and compassionate.

Can work independently and as part of a team.

Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain one).

A valid driver's license is preferred.
