Job TitlePilates Instructor (with Managerial Potential)LocationKuwaitReports ToStudio ManagerJob OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesConduct group and private Pilates sessions, ensuring personalized and high-quality instruction.Assess clients' needs and tailor programs to meet individual fitness goals.Educate clients in proper form, breathing techniques, and injury prevention.Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment.Collaborate with the team to develop new classes, workshops, and studio events.Assist in marketing efforts and client engagement activities.Managerial Responsibilities (Future Role)Support the studio's operational management, including class scheduling and instructor coordination.Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new instructors.Handle customer relations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Oversee studio maintenance and daily operations.Contribute to business development and retention strategies.Implement studio policies and ensure smooth workflow.QualificationsCertificationsCertification as a Pilates instructor from reputable organizations such as Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or a similar recognized certification (highly recommended but not mandatory).Any relevant management, fitness, or wellness certifications are a plus.English Speaker, Basic Arabic for communicationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Pilates instructor.Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and injury prevention.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to multitask and manage studio operations when needed.A passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning.PreferredPrevious experience in a leadership or managerial role is a plus.Experience in class scheduling, client management, or studio administration.Job TypesFull-time, Permanent, ContractContract length : 12 months
