Join our team at YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care!

Our service is situated at Grovely State Primary School, licensed for 70 children and operating between 6 : 30am and 6 : 00pm.

As the Coordinator you will be responsible for :

  • Leading and implementing a Montessori-inspired approach in the OSHC setting
  • Fostering a structured yet flexible child-led learning environment, promoting independence and creativity.
  • Managing daily operations, staffing, and rostering
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery, aligned with National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Engaging with children, families, and the broader community to build strong relationships and enhance program outcomes.

About You

  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) experience
  • Completed a recognised Diploma or higher qualification in Childcare or Teaching
  • Montessori experience (or studying toward a Montessori qualification) is highly regarded
  • Strong experience in programming and a passion for quality childcare
  • First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
