2XM Recruit have several opportunities available for Plant Mechanics (HD & LV) for several busy workshops accross the Perth metro area.

Basic duties :

Overhaul of mobile plant and automotive equipment
Assess and repair hydraulic components
Dismantle transmissions, mechanisms and other components to assess maintenance requirements
Mechanically repair and replace worn and defective parts and reassemble mechanical components
Test all mechanical parts after being repaired to ensure repairs are adequately completed

Requirements :

Previous experience working with heavy equipment

Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components

Team-orientated, positive attitude towards work

Mechanical Trade Certificate
