to come on board, immerse themselves in an in-depth, quality training program and help us in launching a brand-new restaurant.

The ability to work in a high pressure / high volume restaurant with strong decision-making skills

To lead from the front with your sleeves rolled up in all aspects of service

Assisting in the recruitment, training and development of the front of house teams

Managing restaurant operations to company standards

Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

2+ years working in a similar role
