About the Role :

As a Photographic Lab Technician / Salesperson at Camera House, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and expertise to our customers, helping them find the perfect solutions for their printing and photography needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide knowledgeable advice and service on all our printing and film developing services, photographic equipment and accessories.
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits.
• Assisting in inventory management and stock control tasks.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
• Maintain the store’s presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest photography trends and product developments.
• Handle customer inquiries, including technical questions and after-sales support.
