Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for their Infrastructure Services.
This role is pivotal in leading the Level 3 Observability team, driving the shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and running the Observability practice as part of Network Secure Services.What you'll do : As a Manager for Infrastructure Services, your role will be multifaceted.
You will lead the Level 3 Observability team in designing, building, and running the Observability practice.
Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised in managing various aspects including L3 support, tools, ML Ops, onboarding, L2 support, product management, and analytics.
Your technical expertise will be crucial in driving the adoption of observability tools such as Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL.
Your strategic thinking will enable AI-Ops and optimise data use to improve customer experience.
