Deloitte’s M&A business is one of the largest in Australia, advising top tier clients on complex acquisition, merger, divestment and capital market activities. Our team works across a range of sectors including consumer business, financial services, infrastructure, technology, healthcare and real estate.
Technology is key to all M&A transactions and is often the largest source of cost, complexity and effort in separating or integrating organisations. Our Technology M&A team advise and support clients across a wide range of industries in navigating all facets of the M&A lifecycle (transaction / deal strategy, pre-deal due diligence, as well as integration / separation planning and execution) from a Technology perspective. We help our clients to identify, architect and quantify technology considerations, values and risks during acquisition, integration or separation processes. We also support our clients throughout the end-to-end M&A process from due diligence through to separation or integration.
What will your typical day look like?
Your role as a Manager will focus on providing (expert) advice, management and delivery of client engagements, as well as supporting internal sales and practice development activities. You will be responsible for the following :
