We are currently seeking a HSE Advisor to support our facilities services for our Oil & Gas client . This exciting role offers the opportunity to work onsite ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all team members through comprehensive HSE activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and implement company and clientdriven HSE activities and initiatives

Conduct thorough incident investigations ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement

Oversee food safety practices with HACCP compliance knowledge (desired)

Deliver HSE coaching and capabilitybuilding programs including toolbox and prestart meetings

Carry out safety walks to identify hazards with a focus on improving safety standards

Lead toolbox meetings and contribute to safety drills and audits

About You : You are an experienced safety professional with a proven track record ideally in the mining civil or facilities maintenance industries. You are passionate about fostering a culture of safety and thrive in a collaborative highperformance work environment. As an HSE Advisor you will be proactive in identifying risks and developing solutions to continuously improve safety standards.

To succeed in this role you will need :

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (mandatory)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
• A current full Manual Drivers License for operating site vehicles
• Familiarity with ICAM and Root Cause Incident Investigation
• Excellent time management teamwork and relationshipbuilding skills
