Barista

Lonestar Rousehill, a Rib house in Rouse Hill NSW, offers a wide range of cooked ribs that have been selected from Australia's finest pastures to bring the best Australian quality with an all-American feel.

We are seeking to employ Barista to expand our busy kitchen operations.

We prefer baristas with some form of barista training, such as a TAFE course or a short course focusing on basic barista skills, or at least 2 years of proven industry experience. You should demonstrate sound culinary knowledge, leadership skills and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows

Preparing and serving coffee drinks, Smoothies, milk shakes, thick shakes

Customer service

Maintaining the coffee station

Preparing other items - In some cases, baristas may also prepare and serve bakery items or other snacks

Following food safety regulations

Learning about coffee ie brief knowledge about coffee

Developing coffee art skills

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 20 - 40 per week
