About the job.

To be successful in this role there should be retail experience in a leadership position, with a proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service. An talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team. Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales. This is full time position offering 40 hours per week.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is _preferred but not essential_... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
