Our Eastern Creek branch is looking for its next superstar machinery Sales Representative (known internally as Area Manager).
This role will specialise in the Vermeer Construction range, this includes our directional drilling, trenching, vacuum excavators and solar pile driver equipment across the Greater Sydney region.
You will represent and build solid & dependable relationships with our customers. We want to ensure we provide them with the machinery they need (or just simply want!) for their chosen operation.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to :
Promote whole-goods, parts, and service focusing on solutions for customers and build long term relationships to maximise client and company profitability.
Coordinate and / or conduct field demonstrations as well as operate machinery at customer work sites.
Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products, as well as business and industry trends.
Use Company provided systems / tools to fully document, track, record, follow-up and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
Previous business development / sales experience, ideally in the machinery industry
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to seek sales opportunities
Professional presentation
