  • Salary $75,000 - $85,000 plus super

An exciting creative events agency based in Melbourne, this client thrives on creating sensational events with a difference. With a client base in the Education, Automotive, sport, financial and corporate space, this client is known for creating activations and events that wow audiences.

  • The Role

    • The Junior Events Producer role reports to the Events Director and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end of various events and / or projects. This role will also have direct reports from the Production Coordinator.

  • Key Responsibilities include;
  • Proposals, budgets, client management, supplier management, risk assessments, run sheets, bump in and out schedules, invoices and agency profit
  • Manage a portfolio of the company's clients to ensure client satisfaction, growth and profitability
  • Source and manage all event details including but not limited to promotional staff, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest list, equipment, promotional material, travel etc.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience as an Associate Producer or Senior Production Coordinator within an events agency environment
  • Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
  • Experience working in production and an agency environment
  • Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
  • Must love events and have a strong passion for events culture
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
  • Be proactive and able to make decisions
  • Sound budget management experience
  • Sound judgement and decision making
