The Position :
Maali Group is seeking applications from experienced Civil Engineer based in Perth with some site travel as required.
Our Ideal Candidate :
Previous engineering experience across a variety of brownfields and greenfields civil works including but not limited to; drainage, earthworks, and pavingAble to Liaise with contractors, vendors and other stakeholders on a technical level and present reports, publications, and presentations in a professional mannerHigh attention to detail with the ability to remain organised to meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and able to work autonomouslyDevelop engineering solutions that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operationsCollaboratively work with the Project Manager on multidisciplinary civil projects from planning through to delivery and handoverProcurement management, tendering, bidding and estimationEnsure quality control through ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, SWMPs, SDS, and MDRsQuality and HSE compliance to standard, specifications and contractual obligationsManage contracts, variations, progress payments deliverables, and extensions of time (EOTs)Drive cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, and material take-offsPrepare and maintain daily reports, sequencing plans, and project documentationCoordinate design reviews, procedure development, and scope managementOversee project handover processes, including ASCONs and DFLsSupport conflict resolution, resource management, and ownership of critical controlsEssential Requirements :
