Warehouse Supervisor

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to lead our AM Warehouse team.

The role will be reporting to the AM Deputy Manager Operations and be working alongside other supervisors.

The working hours is

• Monday - Friday 1 am - 9 : 30 am
• Provides daily supervisory support to direct and functional reports
• Manages daily completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies (including performance monitoring / management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial / informal disciplinary action activities).
• Performs or coordinates audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied.
• Handles escalated, complex or high impact customer issues as they arise
• Participates in / leads continuous improvement opportunities within department.

• Skills & Experience
• Forklift licence and experience operating forklift
• Experience in a team leader / supervisory role within the supply chain, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or warehousing environment
• Knowledge and experience in effective training, coaching, and people management practices, including leadership development
