This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

As a Credit Officer, you will : Conduct customer account reviews and maintenance for assigned customers along with contacting assigned customers to discuss overdue accounts & follow up regarding overdue outstanding accounts Resolve disputed transactions with customers within target timeframe and engage relevant stakeholders Review and release held orders and approve trading limits within authorised level Complete and return all reports to the Credit Team Leader Respond to customer and stakeholder email and telephone enquiries.
