Key responsibilities include dicataphone typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you :

• have MINIMUM 1 YEAR OR MORE (up to Senior) personal injury legal secretarial / assistant / paralegal experience  including CTP and / or workers compensation [preferable];
• have strong Microsoft Office + communication and interpersonal skills;
• are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
