Opportunity to join as a Property Manager

Work in a high end office with directors who care about property management and their staff and hosts staff events!

We are on the lookout for their next Property management super star due to expansion to start working in a fantastic established office with 25+staff, using latest property management software

With Admin and Leasing Support,you will be well-poised to succeed in this opportunity and focus on providing a great service to owners in your portfolio

This is a Monday to Friday role, with minimal weekend inspections work for the PMs; If any this will be conducted on a rotating roster 1 in 8 or less, with time off in lieu.

Parking is provided above the office.

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage your own portfolio of only ~150 properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio and earn new business commissions
• Handle emails and / or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
• Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
• Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)
