About The Role This job is high end horticulture with the successful candidate working at a prestigious private school located in Toorak. As a qualified Gardener, your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work.

Responsibilities include : Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering. Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas. Ensure the campus is maintained and presented to a high standard Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment. About You Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent Valid Driver's licence (Manual preferred) White Card Previous experience in gardening is essential Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
