Due to continued growth, this highly successful business is currently seeking an experienced professional to come on board. The role will be predominantly focused on the Tenant side to begin and as you develop and take on more responsibilities, you will be rewarded both financially and professionally developing the key skills required to manage a portfolio.

The Role :

As the Junior Property Manager you will be  in a supporting a supportive role, your duties will include but not be limited to...

• Liaising with tenants
• Respond to all phone and email inquiries
• Carrying out maintenance and liaising with trades
• Routines and Entry & Exits
• Processing tenancy applications
• Admin duties

The Person :

The ideal person for this role will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.

• Previous experience as as Assistant / Junior Property Manager
• Current Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
• Current drivers licence and own car
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Professional personal presentation
