About Us Bexton Consulting is an Australian-owned and privately held IT consulting and recruitment firm. We have consulting practices in the areas of Project Services, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data / AI and Digital Platforms. About the role Our client, based in Brisbane is expanding their Application Support Team. This is an opportunity for someone to work in an established team with high levels of experience in supporting a mission-critical application environment.

Technology Support mission-critical systemsResolve incidents and requests assigned to the Software Installations queue and ensure all are actioned within the SLAs and are documented correctly within the system.Experience in Windows OS patching, SQL Server, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) & PowerShell script creationExperience in C++ an advantageParticipating in Post-Incident ReviewsMaintain awareness of releases and enhancement requirements and the impact these have on system maintenance.Ensure applications, platforms, products, and technology solutions are compliant to industry regulations and standards and the delivered solutions are meeting compliance obligations.Qualifications and experience : Extensive experience providing operational engineering support in complex IT environments.Proficient in Windows OS patching, SQL Server, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) & Powershell script creation.Strong understanding of the full SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI / CD, and DevOps practices.Proven ability to build strong relationships across business and technology teams.Strong problem solving, communication and documentation skills.Why Join Bexton?
