Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant, located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting optometrists in eye examinations, helping customers select appropriate eyewear, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining store presentation. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
