Job descriptionThe aim of this role is to Work collaboratively with the HR Division to develop and implement recruitment initiatives across the organisation and ensure our leaders and people experience a seamless service, consistency of direction and positive experience from the HR Division. To help deliver ongoing improvements in approach provide reporting on recruitment activities undertaken as well as insights into market trends relevant for current and future recruitment activities. Provide advice and recommendations to internal customers and Recruitment Partners to support and drive business success through the design and delivery of fit for purpose and effective attraction, recruitment, and selection processes. Represent the organisation in graduate / trainee ship / career expo and intra and intergovernmental forums. Provide expert advice, services, and support to internal customers for the end-to-end recruitment process which could include the preparation of panel materials, scheduling interviews, and finalising all required documentation including selection reports and referee statements. Make recommendations and implement improvements to recruitment and selection policies, processes, and systems to improve effectiveness and enhance experience of people using them. Proven track record in managing workload, maintaining records and reporting on this to ensure service delivery requirements are met. Demonstrated experience in design of recruitment solutions such as capability assessments to enable managers to make informed selections in line with business planning and capability requirements. Demonstrated experience in delivery and management of end-to-end recruitment activities on time. Proven track record in the management of recruitment assignments end-to-end with strong attention to detail, including establishment of priorities, organise workflows to meet strict deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member to deliver a seamless service to clients, which is aligned to desired outcomes. Demonstrated experience in building recruitment capability of managers through advice and support that enhance their skills and confidence. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive and professional relationships with team members, internal / external stakeholders to enable collaborative approaches to recruitment and talent management.
