Job descriptionResponsibilities Respond to service requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of support activities Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software as needed Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources and follow up to ensure timely resolution Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and that backups are performed regularly Communicate technical information to non-technical end-users in a clear and concise manner Follow established policies and procedures for resolving technical issues Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware and software installations Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed Strong attention to detail and time management skills If you are a highly motivated and customer-focused Desktop Engineer who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
