Who we are looking for We are looking for a passionate and talented Head Graphic Designer with a strong ability to visually communicate ideas across both print and digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee all of our design initiatives in crafting engaging and high-impact designs for our research and advisory projects, events and membership services.

As a member of our creative team, you will work closely with and report to the Head of Operations, collaborating to develop visually compelling content that not only stands out but also aligns with our brand values.

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and brings a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for exceptional design.

A strong portfolio showcasing expertise across print, digital, and (motion design a +) Proven experience managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, typography, and layout. Ability to think strategically while executing creative designs. Proven success in managing teams Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities : Create innovative ways in developing concepts and design strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Create visually compelling print materials, including event collateral, presentation slides, brochures Design and bring to life a range of data and research collected through national surveys and have these presented in a variety of graphs / infographics to ensure strong engagement. Design engaging and user friendly digital assets for social media, advertising, and presentations. Develop motion graphics for social media, show reels, and live events. Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh, modern solutions to the table. Work closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful design solutions. Requirements : Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead design role. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, and motion design. Experience leading creative projects from concept to execution, managing multiple deadlines effectively. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and event teams to develop strategic designs. Experience in designing for social media, advertising, event collateral, and presentations. Ability to interpret and implement feedback effectively while maintaining high design standards. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging design technologies to drive innovation. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
