Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force's 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ's and three Dassault Falcon 7X's.

As a Stores Officer, your primary responsibilities will include the receipt and proper storage of incoming deliveries, fulfilling picking demands to ensure timely order fulfilment, coordinating inbound shipments, and ensuring all shipping documentation is correct and accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for conducting regular stock taking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
In addition, you will provide valuable support to the Supply Chain Manager - SPA, ensuring compliance with warehouse processes and regulations. Furthermore, you will assist the SPA Shift Supervisors in supporting aircraft movements as required.
Previous warehousing or logistics experience, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in warehouse management systems are required.
