    In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while fostering a high-performance team culture in a dynamic and expanding business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

    This is a permanent full-time position based in Thornleigh, NSW , working Monday – Friday, 7am – 3 : 30pm.

    What you’ll do :

    • Manage existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to become their trusted first point of contact and drive service excellence.
    • Assist with counter sales, order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Support team training, safety practices, and development initiatives to foster a high- performing branch environment.
    • Maintain branch systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
    • Accurately process financial transactions, including cash handling, to support branch integrity.
    • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profitability by supporting local growth initiatives.
    • To be successful in this role, you will need :

    • Team Management : You’re a natural born leader with experience and demonstrated success working in a similar senior management role.
    • Industry Knowledge & Adaptability : Ideally experience within electrical wholesale or related wholesale industries (solar, plumbing, hardware, security etc.)
    • Self-Motivated and Independent : You have a high level of initiative and self-confidence – you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to succeed.
    • Driven and Passionate :  You have a genuine passion for sales and a drive to grow your career within the business.
    • Customer Service :  You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your customers.
    • Work rights :  Australian / NZ citizen or permanent residents. No temporary visas or sponsorship.
