About the Role As aTeam Leader at SIVTECH, you'll play akey leadership role, overseeing service delivery, ensuringcompliance and quality,train technicians, and implement effective pest control solutions. Key Responsibilities Conductquality inspectionsand drive continuous improvement in service standardsBuild and retain customer relationshipsTrain, lead, and mentor ateam of techniciansPrepare client reports and renewservice agreementsEnsure compliancewith safety, quality, and industry regulationsStep into the field andlead by examplewhen requiredSupportrecruitmentand team developmentWhat You'll Bring Timber pest license – ESSENTIALExperience in route-basedcommercial pest control servicesPrevious leadership experience as asenior technician, field supervisor, or managerStrongclient relationship skillsProficiency inMicrosoft Office and mobile job systemBird control and proofing expertise (highly regarded)Ability toinnovate, problem-solve, and drive changeWillingness to undergo pre-employmentdrug / alcohol screening, medical, police check, and Blue Card requirementsWhy Join SIVTECH?
