In this role, you'll :

Undertake a diverse range of activities including ensuring that regulatory program applicants meet eligibility requirements, providing support for regulatory program providers and participants, and liaising with various stakeholders internal and external to TfNSW.

You will provide a high level of quality customer service in a regulatory environment and maintain databases for multiple accreditation and licence schemes. This will include entering new and updated customer and account information into various TfNSW systems, ensuring optimal levels of accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Please note this is a full-time Fixed Term Contract to 31 December 2025.

You are an enthusiastic self-starter who can provide a high level of customer service by providing accurate information and efficient delivery of regulatory processes. Your high proficiency with, or demonstrated ability to learn to use, a wide range of IT and customer relationship management systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications will be utilised in this role.

Your strong problem solving, and customer service skills will ensure timely responses to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be someone who thrives in a changing and dynamic team environment and be confident in sharing your knowledge with others. You will use your experience in developing, documenting and refining processes, as well as your keen eye for detail, to provide a high level of accuracy.
