Argyle are now seeking an
Operations Analystto support the Head of Operations and Business Improvement in the operational management of Argyle's Agricultural investments. The role includes operations analysis to drive continuous improvement of operations and financial performance of individual businesses and the consolidated enterprise.ResponsibilitiesOperations Analysis : Propose, prepare and present operations analysis for Argyle's Agribusiness enterprises, develop business improvement options and initiatives, and implement and manage projects and initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, operations, and financial performance.Investment Analysis : Deliver financial and investment returns analysis of individual business units and the consolidated enterprise.Compliance : Assist with preparing Argyle for the requirements of audits, conduct self-assessment compliance testing and work closely with the Agriculture Finance Team to ensure cohesion and alignment.Reporting : Draft, prepare and finalise investor reporting and portfolio management reporting and papers.Qualifications & ExperienceCommercial experience essential, operations and production experience desirable.MBA, CFA, CA, CPA or qualifications in Applied Finance desirable.A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a related role.Strong analytical skills, quantitative abilities, problem-solving, influencing and interpersonal skills, and advanced computer software skills.
