Our client has a leading social media platform that is taking the world by storm in creating unique customer experiences, increasing community engagements, and giving businesses (and people) voices at a global scale.
With offices all across the globe, they're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join the team to cover whilst a team member is on mat leave. This will be for a duration for 12 months and there will be a lot to achieve and learn in this time. If this is sounding interesting, keep reading!
- How will you contribute?
- Manage and grow an account patch of agencies and FMCG clients.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and increased product adoption.
- Built relationships with stakeholders to consult on their digital media, marketing and creative strategy.
- Identify optimization opportunity to improve performance and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal team to meet client deliverables and SLA's.
- What are they looking for?
- At least 5 year experience at a media, creative or digital agency.
- Experience in a client facing role is required as an Account Manager or Account Director.
- Proven experience with consulting on brand lead, social, creative and marketing performance campaigns.
- Must be a self-starter, be able to work autonomously but also be a great team player.
- Possess great communication and client presentation skills.
