Property Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting properties and capturing images of rental properties across Sydney and surrounding areas using your own car / motorcycle and iPhone or iPad.

Key Responsibilities :

• Attend the property inspections that are scheduled around Sydney and its surrounding areas. Capture high-quality images of rental properties using your iPhone or iPad and provide equipment
• Ensure all images and comments accurately represent the property's condition and features
• Requirements
• Must have a valid driver's license and own car / motorcycle
• Must have an iPhone or iPad with a camera and data plan
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel between jobs
• Communication skills
• An Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Experience with property management and property inspections is a bonus, but not required.
