  • Duties
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment of vacancies for an assigned portfolio
  • Business Development and building relationships with Managers to advise and inform on market conditions and best practice recruitment
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners on workforce planning initiatives
  • Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, Linkedin and job boards to attract talent
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Min 2 Years Recruitment Experience
  • A thorough understanding of the 360 recruitment role
  • A degree level qualification (only desirable)
  • Ambition, drive and the desire to develop your career
  • Accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
