About the Role As Associate Director, you will : Lead a high-performing internal cyber team and manage our outsourced Security Operations Centre (SOC) Oversee threat detection, response, and vulnerability management Implement forward-thinking cybersecurity frameworks and strategies Provide executive-level risk reporting and strategic recommendations Drive security awareness and build organisational capability Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement What You'll Bring Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and risk management Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and best practices Experience managing third-party vendors and SOC relationships A strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Why Join La Trobe?
