A & G Fabrications also specialises in the design, manufacture & installation of aluminium sunscreens, louvres and perforated screens.

• ABOUT THE JOB

We seek an experienced & reliable leading hand to join our team in Acacia Ridge. Reporting to the Factory Foreman the Leading Hand works hands-on in our glazing department, assisting our management team in a busy production environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of our products.

Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting Factory Foreman

Be hands on during manufacture of windows & screens

Forklift operation

Operating fabrication machinery & tooling

Manage various activities simultaneously

Ensure smooth process through the factory

Quality control

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will require :

Windows manufacturing experience

Be able to interpret written instructions

Effective verbal & written communication skills

High level of attention to details

Be punctual and show a 'can do' attitude

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Construction White Card (but not essential)

Current Drivers Licence

Salary

30.00 - $40.00 per hour
