  • The Position
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery
  • Maintain effective customer and client relationships
  • Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and quoting for the clients.
  • Maintain focus on Food and People safety
  • Plan, facilitate and oversee logistics
  • from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
  • The Person
  • Current or previous experience in function coordination / F&B supervisory or similar
  • You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, as required by event schedules
  • A current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role
