The role

The Customer Remediation Analyst supports the delivery of Customer Remediation activities across A&G, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and internal policies. This role is responsible for assisting with the documentation, coordination and execution of remediation tasks, contributing to analysis, and supporting accurate and timely outcomes for customers.

As a Remediation Analyst, you will work closely with the Customer Remediation Program Manager and Senior Customer Remediation Analyst to help ensure customer remediation activities are carried out effectively, consistently, and with a strong focus on quality and customer outcomes.

This role is based at our North Lakes office, but for the right person, we’re open to Toowong or Kawana as alternative locations.

Position Accountabilities

  • Support remediation activities in line with regulatory obligations and internal frameworks.
  • Assist with the development and documentation of remediation plans.
  • Follow established processes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of remediation practices.
  • Undertake data analysis and assist in reviewing remediation plans and outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate analysis and reporting artefacts.
  • Execute assigned remediation tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage task priorities in coordination with the broader team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support remediation objectives.
  • Perform other reasonable and relevant activities as requested from time to time to meet operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyse and present data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the company to improve business performance across the team.

What experience you’ll bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in financial services or a related environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in Australia.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a structured and self-directed way.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team and program outcomes.
