Job descriptionEarly Childhood Educator to join our established team in our Rhodes service. About the role Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children Be part of a collaborative teaching environment Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment Maintain positive working relationships with all team members Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times About you Willing to work towards Certificate III / Diploma / Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved or working towards) Current Working with Children Check Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including : National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one Benefits for you Rotating rosters to support a great work / life balance Competitive above-award remuneration 500-1,500 annual bonus (depending on your qualification) 50% staff childcare discounts for your own children A paid day off on your birthday & a well-being day (on top of your annual leave) 1,000 staff referral bonus for every successful referral Continuous career development opportunities and Future Leaders Program Study allowances to upskill your qualification including ECT degrees (T&Cs apply) Travel Allowances (T&Cs apply) Mentoring from our values-driven Leadership Team and full support from a well-established Support Office Employee Assistance Program Do not miss out on this great opportunity!
