Classification : Health Professional Level 3 / Psychologist Level 3 (PN 68904)
Note : This role will be filled at either Health Professional Level 3 or Psychologist Level P3 depending on qualifications and experience, in line with the Enterprise Agreement. Salary for HP3 : $ 109,543 - $ 117,878 (Plus 12% Super) Salary for P3 : $ 120,806 - $ 131,180 (Plus 12% Super)

About the Role :
The VAD Psychosocial Lead is responsible for providing advanced clinical support, referral and guidance for individuals and families, alongside a range of other services, as they navigate this end-of-life option. You will be an integral component of the VAD Support Service and regularly liaise with VAD Authorised Practitioners, individuals and families during the individual’s VAD journey.

Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
