Import Sea Freight Operations

Brisbane Airport Precinct
Well established Australian International Freight Forwarder
The Freight Forwarder

Our client is a well-established Australian International Freight Forwarder, Staff turnover is low retaining long term team members. Be part of the expansion today.

The Role

Due to expansion of the business an Import Sea Freight Operator has become available now in Brisbane Airport Precinct.

Your duties will be :

Receive documents from clients and / or overseas agents

Arrange for documents to be registered into EDI by OBP.

Send arrival notices

Lodge Sea Cargo manifests

Arrange customs clearance by in house or outside brokers

Disbursement / Invoicing.

Chase up Delivery orders

Arrange transport by in house transport dept. or outside courier companies

Follow up on deliveries and provide POD's where required

Liaise with clients and overseas agents to ensure they are kept up to date at all times during shipment process
