    • How you'll make a difference
    • The Service Delivery Lead role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of website technology services for priority projects to internal departmental stakeholders for the department main websites health.vic and Better Health Channel, and the department agencies on the managed services agreement for hosting and service support.

      This role will engage collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and build effective working relationships at all levels. They will work with cross-functional project teams to ensure an audience and insights led approach is applied to website technology solutions for priority departmental projects, ensuring a focus on customer experience is consistent across digital channels.

      This role operationally manages third-party technology support vendors ensuring service level agreements are met and that the services provided meet the required quality standards, on time and within budget. This role works closely with the Senior Drupal Developer and the Digital Production Lead.

      This role may also be required to provide support to other teams across the Branch, including participating in out of hours and emergency rosters, providing support for public emergencies, large-scale communications campaigns and other high priority projects.

    • Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate
    • Highly developed replationship management skills
    • Knowledge of Victorian Government digital standards
    • Experience with Drupal platforms and using data analytics to inform reporting
